We encourage the exploration of the humanities at all ages. It offers the necessary skills (critical thinking, logical reasoning, and a detail-orientated mindset) to supplement learning in other fields.
Our competition is open to all students enrolled in an accredited middle school, high school, college, or university (6th grade through senior year of college) in the United States. Apply the same age scales to schooling programs in other countries. In other words, contestants must between 10 and 23 years of age.
If your submission is deemed the winning piece or an honorary work, you will be published in out annual anthology, which we aim to release early 2024. In addition, you can be featured on our website and social media. Submitting is an easy, low-effort way to gain experience and build your resume.
